21st International Conference on Diseases of Fish and Shellfish

Our team made a notable mark at the EAFP (European Association of Fish Pathologists) Conference 2023, presenting nine insightful posters and delivering four engaging oral presentations. The standout achievement included earning recognition with both the first and second prizes for the best student poster, by Inês Carvalho and Ana Garcia, respectively.

Alongside these contributions, we hosted a well-received workshop, organized by IGNITION and Cure4Aqua, which counted with 80 participants, and managed stands for the GRINNAQUA and IGNITION projects. These platforms showcased our dedication to advancing the knowledge on aquatic pathology and sustainable aquaculture practices.

This active participation not only contributed valuable insights but also fostered connections with fellow academics, expanding our network and fostering collaborations for future breakthroughs in the field.
